Later I did build a big dome dedicated to learning so I placed like 8 Infermeries and 4 schools in there to avoid idiots. At first I actually use the idiots for this job ) Leave Adults open as you need some manually placed people in there for runnning the diner etc. Disallow seniors in the other domes and disallow all children, youth in the senior dome. The rest is garden stuff (best if you have Hanging Gardens as spire). 4 Appartements with a diner, food shop and a bar is plenty enough for them. In mid game once buiding medium domes I put all seniors in a small dome. Another issue is dealing with seniors as they take valuable productive spaces. The idiots can if not dealt with destroy your game. But this will hunt you later as more and more idiots are born. I find it hard to give a good education to all kids during mid game as there are way to many children born. I find 2 main difficulties in mid to late game are seniors and idiots.
